“Amazing”
I called and told the guy about my issues today and he put me on a brief hold. He came back to the phone and told me someone could come out and assess/fix the issue today. They arrived in less than 1hour and were patient with me. They fixed the problem in 40minutes which was super impressive. Justin was one of the Techs who came out and he was so sweet, well mannered, and so knowledgeable. The other tech I unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was so kind and I could tell he was a hard working person. Thanks Guys! I was so thankful to have CRG in my home. I hope Justin is promoted he is going far. Thank You to everyone I made contact with at your company. I will recommend, refer, and return as a customer.

The installation crew was fast courteous and clean. Over the past few years the annual maintenance tech has come performed their work and made me confident that my generator is in good working order.
